How do lead details reach ZenMaid?
Through a Zap you configure during setup. It can send the lead details Nila captures to ZenMaid; supported booking and invoice data can sync back into Supernila. You keep your existing ZenMaid subscription.
Does Supernila create bookings in ZenMaid?
No. ZenMaid stays the source of truth for scheduling and invoicing, and Supernila does not create or change bookings there. Nila helps you get found, answers questions on your site, captures the lead, and follows up.
What happens to a lead if the connection breaks?
The lead is captured in Supernila first, so it is never dependent on the Zap firing. Follow-up continues from Supernila either way, and you are notified when a new lead comes in.
